Called and. No answer stayed busy

Called on cellphone.  Wonder how they are getting cellphone numbers.  Trick them by pretending to be hard of hearing and get them to end up yelling in the phone.

Called  at 3:02 pm. Answered, heard a woman say hello but immediately hung up because my other phone rang. When I called back I got a busy signal. Did a quick google search of the number and found this website.

10:08 am phone called my phone, missed it, call it back at 5:00 no answer

Called about 6:30pm. I did not answer.
