In the last 20 min I have received 5 calls from this number. The first 2 times in went to message and just played 11 tones/beeps and then went to a busy signal. The third and 5th times I picked up but there was no answer, just the tones. Getting kind of scared now...

Was just informed this happens when fax machines call actual phones.
