They are a debt collector buying up old collections that by law can't enforce due to the statue of limitations many years old. They are out of Texas, just don't pick up the phone because once you do they know it's you living there and you will be sorry because they will hound you for ever.

I got a phone call from these guys and they were looking for someone who doesn't have this cell number anymore.  I informed them that I am not the person they are looking for and then they told me that my number is what they have and they are going to keep calling me until I get the number in the directory changed with my provider.  I called my cell phone company and they say that my cell number isn't listed, so I guess I'm going to have to block these guys.  How rude.
