Who is this call from got tex mssg

I got a text message them saying to call about a f/t opening on Careerbuilder, which I'm sure that's where they got my number from. I'm pretty sure it's some sort of scam so I did not respond.

I got the same text message from 78539, Thanks for sending your resume to our F/T opening, we have been unable to reach you. Please call us back at 9722323139 to set up interview.Thx!

I checked on 800notes.com to check about this number, I deleted.
