Received letter about an accident I was never in and wanted my insurance information or pay $1,100.00. Now receiving phone calls with no messages.  Blocked.

Omg a lady named Aida Lopez was so cruel she had me and my grandma both on separate calls in tears. They took my license and I called and asked to set up a payment plan and they said no they want all 4000 at once ! And they were so rude and mean and I was just trying to pay some of it

Is there an actual debt that you owe at this point?   If not, have you been provided with a legal notice of the debt?  You post is not clear if you are acknowledging that a debt is owed.
