I get a call asking me for 1164$ for a minor crash I haven't heard anything from court

They sent a letter and called me. I didn't answer but their voicemail goes like "hey Cynthia it's Lauren call me back at so and so number" who are you? Who's Lauren? Where are you calling from? Such a scam! And the person that wants money was from a super small scratch minor accident I had. Someone hit me on the freeway and I crashed head on the fast lane shoulder but this one I rashed her because she was just a third party I hit. My car no longer exist and I went to the insurance to fully delete it and she called the big guys and let them know and they said "ok, everything looks good, there's no claim at all and nothing owed so the car can be deleted right away"

I got into an accident last November and I didn't have insurance, my car got a little messed up in front but the guy whom I hit merely had scratches! I went to court for that incident and for not having insurance but the guy didn't show up so the judge said my case was dismissed. Can he still sue me if the court dismissed my case already?? If so why are these people calling me?? The last time they called was a few months ago and now out of the blue they're calling again. I was hoping it was a fraud but I'm 17 so I'm still a minor and they must know because when they call me they ask to speak to my parents and not me. Im getting a little nervous.

Had a missed call from them. Some collection agency from Texas. I called back and they wouldn't tell me anything until I told them my name and I said I don't gotta tell you anything and certainly not my name, you called me  buddy so you can spill the beans first. They went on to say I need to grow up and give them my name when someone asks. I told them I ain't gotta say [***] and to get it strait fool and hung up. If someone has a problem with me I'll see them in court MOFOs

Dont give these people a dime. They told me my license would be suspended within 3 months and its been over a year. They play a very good game. All they are is a disguised collection agency. The owner mark evans is a rude a hole. Sounds like a fat white guy that lives at his moms house. Its funny because if you ask them if they are a collection agency they say no, but if you go on their website it clearly states collections
