Got a call 8:30 at night from a lady about a claim and tell me what I'm going to do about charges. She was rude and spoke very nasty.I asked what company she was calling from. She didn't want to give me information

I just recieved a call from them they were very rude and agresive

They are a collection agency in Garland, TX. 972 is a Dallas area area code, all the land lines in Garland, a suburb of Dallas, use that area code. I've talked to them a couple of times, they are collecting for an account I owe, because I have become disabled and can't work, and am waiting on disability. They don't seem to be harassing or abusive, they call about once every 3 months, I tell them I'm unemployed and can't pay, and I don't hear from them for another 3 months or so.
