Since they are cold-calling looking for gullible people (who make the mistake of answering the phone) to part with their money for the"opportunity of a lifetime" investment with an unknown oil company in a sector of the U.S. economy that is currently bearish and and slipping downhill for who-knows-for-how-long-and-how-far much less how long the recovery will take.
