Got a call this morning, message left was their phone number and a case number regarding a family member.  I called back a few hours later and the lady that answered the phone answered by her name Cheryl.  I asked which company was calling me,  She replied Rockmore and Rockmore?  I told her I was calling in regards to a claim number.  She asked who she was speaking to.  I told her I didn't want to say until I knew what it was about.  She asked for the claim number.  I gave it to her.  She told me her system was slow due to the rain they were having in Texas.  When she pulled up the name it was not me,  I told her that must have been the owner of the number before me.  She asked, May I have the number so I can take it off as a wrong number.  I gave her my number.  She told she was looking for "---" the persons mom.  I informed her that I didn't even know the person so I couldn't be of any help.  She was very nice during the whole conversation.
