Called our land line which is on state and federal DNC.  Left a voice message, but only said Mr. ..., the hung up.  Caller ID displayed "Texas".  Male foreign accent.  Vitually 100% chance this was another in a very long line of scammers.  Naturally, they called at dinner time.

Just happen here too...

called and asked for a person not living here...called again no message

8/24/15  Called.  Texas shows in ID.  Did not answer but is a strange number. My area code but 199?
No message left.  Am sure it's bogus.

3/7/16 Caller ID said "XXXXXXXXXX TX". 972-199-5531
I would NEVER answer such a ridiculous callerID.
Of course they did not leave a message.
