Called back using *67 got not in service like all 16X exchange numbers seem to be in all area codes.  Blocked.

I received a call from 972-165-8974 on 11/18/15.  I did not answer as I did not recognize the number.  No message left.  I've added this number to my YouMail blocked caller list.
