When I say hello, no one will answer. When I try to call the number back there's a message (your call cannot be completed as dialed.) Also this same abuser uses 6769 as the last 4 numbers sometimes.
This appears to be a telemarketer that the phone company is allowing to harass their innocent phone customers. I would like to see phone service disconnected and refused to anyone who uses their phone number(s) to abuse, harass, or act stupid in any other way.
