I live in Oregon near Beaverton area, but this # , while not showing up as reported) belongs to no one I know and my despite rejecting the calls, just keeps calling. On cell. Which is on NNCL.

It has been calling me for two days now and when I answer they say nothing no matter how long I keep saying hello, and when I ignore the call they don't leave a message! If you find out who it is let me know..
