Text from this number after 12pm said if I was bored they would send me a strip tease if I returned a call to them. Reverse look up shows number originates in Portland Oregon.

A LOT of this going around.  Huge burst of this activity being reported on 800notes and other sites like it.  Delete and NEVER return the call or text.  Block the number.

Being an american mind control radiation victim and looking at this number complain page I would think maybe this number is somehow a U.S. government line or could it be Pennsylvania avenue? Who could tell?
