Received call, male voice. No real message, it was like the person didn't know he was on voicemail.

Received call and I thought the number looked familiar so I answered. There was a lot of static noise like the phone was in someones pocket...I though "pocket" call. I heard a female voice but she didn't hear me. I hung up. She called again but didn't leave a voicemail.
