Called stating he is an agent and I need to call them back regarding my claim number. This is a scam. Don't believe this scumbags

2nd call. Have it blocked. some cell phone carrier i portland oregon

I got another call from this company & it was blocked. I decided to call from work and find out who this company is.
Primary Solutions (404) 585-2618 PO Box 529 Alphretta Georgia 30009. They are calling illegally through phone
carriers out of Oregon. I used the above information to ask about an insurance claim. The person who answered the
phone said the number was an investigative department, and sounded rather bored, until I mentioned I was doing
my own investigation - the she sounded down right professional, put me on hold several times & I spoke with some
guy who provided the information. I've filed both a Better Business Bureau & Consumer Financial Protection Bureau consumerfinance.gov complaints against the company for deceptive telephone practices.

Primary Solutions called me looking for a fake name Brooke Landis -I've seen many posts about this company
trying to fake people out using this name. This is a shady collectios company located i Georgia, and has multiple
complaints filed against it. DO NOT ANSWER ANY CALLS FROM THEM. They claim to have Field Agents in my
state & when calling the local number (oregon) it trasfers to the Georgia number - I got this straight from Miss Jones,
who answered 2 seperate calls today, LIES BOTH TIMES. Primary Solutions leases numbers in local states, uses
robot/automated dialers at random from data bases, and spoofs/fakes the local numbers.

They are a RIP OFF SCAMM FAKE COLLECTION AGENCY STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE and the law allows it!
