Got a call from 971-404-2354, asking for my wife saying there is a complaint filed against her and to contact their office regarding a file number or to have our lawyer call them regarding the claim. So sick and tired of these scammer calls.

Calling my house to talk to my son and my son lives in California.My son called them back as well to find out the reason of the call and can't explain the reason why and my son stated i don't owe anyone except my student loan.My son told them that he is currently on a payment plan.They want his credit card number.My son  said "i am not crazy to do that,this is purely a SCAM!!!
