A recorded message, from 971-373-2958, was received on my cell phone on 8/22/2012 at 3:07 PM.  The recording said that the FBI, Police, and other agencies recommend that a Burglar Alarm sign be in your yard to deter burglaries.  It went on to say that if I wanted more information, to press 1 or if I wanted to be placed on their do not call list, to press 9.

I am already on the government's DO NOT CALL list for the number they called.  I have documented the call today and intend, if I receive another call from that number, to file whatever suit, complaint, or otherwise is necessary to see that they pay penalties for viiolating any FTC or FCC laws pertaining to the unsolicited calling of phones on the DO NOT CALL register.  These people are the scum of the earth and I, for one, will not sit back and take their violations of the law.

They called from 12:15 to 1:51 for a total of 21 times. This is rediculous. And yes, when you call back, it says its disconnected???? How can that be true? How can someone call from a disconnected #??

I got calls from this number too, he left empty messages. It just wasting my time. Immediate action need to be taken for this guy
