They call and do not answer if I pick up. I know if I call they will answer. Happening  a lot lately with different numbers. Several have asked about owing back taxes.

Received calls from 9713732947 and 9713731619. Unknown to me and would like it to stop.

Just got a call from this number. The lady obviously didn't understand the voice msg that I was not available. She kept saying hello, hello but left no useful msg identifying her, what she wanted, etc.
