the number hung up when I answered

Received a call and didnt answer. Don't know anyone in Oregon so I know it's scammers.

Got a call from that number on my cellphone.  They hung up as soon as I answered.

I got a call from this # today too. It also appeared as Dummy Courses and they hung up before my answering machine finished its message.

Looks like this is a fairly new one eh? They hung up on my answering machine as well. Obviously our do not call list is not very effective with out of country callers. I'd like to know how they get an in state number to call from if they are located outside the us? hmmm.

guess this is another number I get to block!
