East indian claiming his name was Robert, and from a debt collection agency.  USCCA?? Never heard of them or the company he claims to represent.

Random calls from Indians are bad news. Pay no attention to him. The debt collection is a giveaway for an extortion scam.

I got a call from 971 352-4810..I answered the call, Said hello twice, No one said anything and then they hung up.

Has been calling for months. I finally answered and after a few seconds a man with a heavily East-Indian accent asked for me by my full name, including my middle name. I told him that he had the wrong number and he apologized and disconnected.  I don't have any debts that would warrant this type of call.
