Caller ID = "TRIPLE V." I answered, nobody was there. That qualifies as a prank call. Also I propose the name "Vile Victimizing Vermin" as the meaning of "triple V."

Left message about their "annual review" credit card debt consolidation and interest rate reduction service available to those with at least $3000 due on credit cards and having at least one still usable credit card, and to press 1 to talk to a representative.  My answering machine recorded a disconnect at that point.  Pretty sure their goal is to get credit card numbers to max out and move on.  Slimey phishers.

They call all the time from several different numbers; left a message before about lowering credit card interest rates.  Scammer and spammers.  Blocked, filed complaints with the ftc.
