got a call from 971-317-4040 (Beaverton Oregon)on my voicemail.. said his name was Kevin Mason from US Treasury dept and this was an important call, ignoring it could get a judge or magistrate or grand jury involved.  Wanted to help in this matter so need to call him.  Left his call back number as 971-317-4004  (note his caller id was 917-317-4040, but the number he used to call back was 917-371-4004 transposing last tow digits).   Another scam!

Same thing happened to me. Male with an accent saying we need to call 971-317-4004

Yup, just got a recorded call saying that I needed to contact them to avoid some sort of legal problem.  Could hear static on the line sometimes so I'm reasonably sure the call wasn't coming from Beaverton, OR.  I suspect it was a lot further away.  Oh well, another day another scam.
