Got a call from this number today.  It sounded like a recording and was speaking Spanish.This is the second one this week.

Does anyone know how to block a number on a cell phone?

This number is for private phone companies.
They call you by another number and they are used from another country.
The message can be in spanish because from latin american region and sometimes they use pre-recorded messages where they say "this is an important message for you". Just dont respond if u dont have other ppl in other countries because that could be probably a charging call.

The guy is saying "for an important message please press 1" - I find him kind of seductive but I don't press 1 for just anyone if you know what I'm saying.

Just got this call on my government cell. Same as everyone. As far as I can remember my Spanish, it said something to the extent that something is really important, please press 1. I didn't press anything and it eventually hung up on me. What area code is 971?
