Received a call from this number. Dont know anyone in Oregon. I bet its one of those internet prank calls, where people can call you from the internet with an "unallocated #". I effing hate this $#*! had to deal with prank callers everyday for two years straight, it finally ended 4 months ago, hope this call doesnt mean its starting back up again. Somebody needs to regulate this because it truly is a nightmare!!!
