Called my house Feb 7 - left no message on answering machine

Is spamming my phone with message starting "If you are a senior citizen".  I tried to call the number back to see who is calling and I get a message stating all circuits are busy and to try again later.

971-266-4411 called my cell phone. No message left.  The only identity was that it came from "OR, USA" - usually means a robo-dial or telemarketer or scammer.

Called me seconds ago; my voice mail is full so I don't know if they tried to leave a message. Of course I didn't answer. Caller ID just showed the number. But hey, Oregon sometimes means people from Oregon! I have some 971 area code friends. Though I admit most of the time it's spam---funny, I thought it was just for me because I lived there in the past.
