company called and left no message.  I didn't recognize the number, so I called back 971-256-5546 turns out to be a company asking to help with reducing interest on payday loans.  I said I wasn't interested and they hung up on me!

I get the same freaking company, even after I said yes i need help, yes i have over 1500 in debt and finally get a human, i ask them not to call again, they instantly hang up.  

I called my local police to see if its illegal to blow a loud whistle in their ear.  They claim no its not illegal.

next time just say yes then blow a police whistle in their ear when you get a life help.   its not against the law to do so.

I am also getting call from this number again and again. It's so annoying.
