calling several times everyday, do not leave any message. phone says Portland Oregon

Have rec'd multiple calls.  Not answered. No message.  I blocked 971-244-8473 Portland Oregon. Now I am getting calls from 1-971-244-8473 unavailable.  I think this is a financial services call.  We don't owe anyond any money so I suppose it's another scam.
