Unknown company asking about an "online survey"
first time today.

They said it was career placement company for my area. Wanted me to answer some questions.

Fake "person" is just a pre-recorded message.

Wants to set up some sort of online profile for jobs.

Yup I got it too.  I was called from them before about a month ago.  I kept asking if it was a real person and it answered yes even though it wasn't.  I finally hung up.  Got call again today but i didn't pick up and found this site.

Same for me today 2-11-13 1:55pm  "You participated in an online survey, and I have job opportunities...."  I did not do online survey and I am on Do Not Call Registry.
