CID says only "Gresham OR", and since I have an unlisted # and recognize this local as the same from which so many other telemarketing calls have come in, I just let it ring a couple of times but pick it up quickly and hang up before my VM picks up (to confirm that mine is a working number - which is all they usually want to do initially).  Then I google it on this site and usually find others, however, even though the last four digits were different than any others, they were very close, so they've probably just added new numbers to their auto-dialers.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating illegal telemarketing calls in violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
