I continue to get unwanted phone calls from 971-220-1784 that leaves some message about trying to get me to do something for a lower interest rate.

i have taken my name of their list and they continue to call.  i've blocked their number from the phone and will see if that works.  when i waited on the phone i told the person to stop calling and they hung up on me

No calls from Rachel for some time, but once again she's back at it.....CAN"T SHE BE STOPPED?!!!!

Got a call from this number not long ago. Caller ID said "Lower Interest". I answered, It was Rachel, with card service's & it was Important for me to contact them consider a lower interest rate on MY Credit Card...Recorded msg !!! it gave me the option to be put on DNC list, which I did !!!! However, it does not do anygood. I get TONS of Unwanted calls, despite I"m on the DNC list thru the government...Alot of good it does...we have NO privacy anymore...
