Calls are unwanted and no message is ever left.

Report it to the Attorney General in your state, mine has a website that I just fill out and submit (Pennsylvania).  They always follow it up and are grateful for the information..  I do it with each telemarketer call because they need to gather the evidence so they can follow and prosecute.  If you don't want to do it online, call them directly to file the information.

I also call the FTC, but when you do have the phone number and all info handy about the call, because they will give you the third degree.  They mean business because they too want to catch and prosecute!!  They just have to gather all the information, with our help by reporting it:  http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/contact.shtm.

Sadly, these calls have nothing to do with what they are selling, they are phishing for your credit card information.  That is why the FTC and Attorney Generals from each state are eager to gather enough evidence to follow their trail and catch them.
