Called with a recorded message offering to lower my interest rates. Recording identified itself as a call from "Credit Card Services".  Asked me to push "1" to be connected or "0" to be removed from the list.  Stated that this would be my last opportunity to take advantage of this offer and that I would not be alerted to this offer again.  After pushing "1" there was a very long delay and finally a woman answered asking if I wished to lower my interest rate, to which I replied, "As soon as I know why I am speaking with.", and she hung up.

Strange call

Have received a call from this number several times offering to lower interest rate on my credit card. This time I pressed 1 as they directed if I wanted to lower my rates. I waited about 30 seconds before someone came on the line and wanted to know if I wanted to lower my rate (suspecting that this was a scam) I asked which one of my cards this offer was for - the person immediately hung up.  I suspect had I not ask the question they would have tried to get me to give card number and identifying info. I suggest all beware of this number

My number is on a donot call list.I don"t like people calling and hanging up after the first ring.

Received a call on my cell phone yesterday from 971-220-1781, but no message was left by the caller.
