I have gotten called from this number several times.  No message is left.

Nice to be by a PC, when these come in on my cell. I Google the number, and get brought to pages like this. I then 'store' the name, and name the caller Spam. They have lots of number, though, so it's a never-ending battle.

I had 2 missed calls while overseas on vacation from this number and a similar number (971-220-1118). Both had left a voicemail that had no sound for approximately 10 seconds.

This number called me twice at 8:20 AM this morning. The first time I answered and was greeted with dead air, I hung up after approximately 10 seconds. The second time I answered I was again greeted with dead air but I remained on the line while I brought the phone number up on Google. The call disconnected after approximately 20 seconds.

I am also on the DNC registry and have been for years.
