This [***] Sean or Shawn calls almost daily, early mornings and at 9:00 at night.  I'm fed up.  I've tried hanging up on him; tried swearing at him; and tried not answering when his # shows up in my caller ID.  My wireless carrier says they can't block the call.  Why the F not?!?

Don't know why your carrier can't but you can try assigning a "no ring" ringtone to the number, that's not "blocking" the call but at least you won't be hassled. Why doesn't someone invent a call block app for telemarketers like these?
