They called my house 7 times in a row, did not answer it

Caller wanted to speak to the person who pays the electric bills.

Wanted to speak to the person who pays the electric bill.  These people came to my door twice late last summer.  They are fast-talkers and they ask to see a copy of your energy bill. They talk in circles and you cannot figure out what it is they want!  There was a big story on the news about them.  It's a scam.  They look at your bill (IF you show it to them...I did not!) and get whatever info they need and end up changing your energy service (somehow!) without your knowledge or permission.  That little door-to-door tactic didn't work too well for them so now they're making phone calls.  I've had at least three and I have TOLD them to take my number off their list and to NOT call me again.  (I am on the DNC list but THAT doesn't work!!)

Stop the harassing calls............ I said NO I don't want your service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
