I've been receiving a call from this number daily for the last 3 days. When I answer no one speaks and eventually just hang up. I tried to call back and says number is not valid, and same if I text to it. What's up with that?!

I received a call from 971-211-9595 I answered and it was silent. The call disconnected itself. I'll just block it.
