With any unsolicited calls or strange area codes, I answer and put the phone aside, not sure if this pisses them off but it ties up their line !!

I normally ignore these types of calls, but because it keeps calling me, I decided to answer.  Yes, it is a political survey, but you are given the option to either take the survey or press 9 to decline and have your number removed, which is exactly what I did.

Got a call from this number early this morning. No voicemail. I called back and they answers but said nothing. iPhone said OR, USA.  Don't know about any survey,just know theses people make me mad enough to start ripping some throats.

The FBI goes after these types of people.  You just have to contact them.
