Its SPAM
I made the mistake of signing up for something and I am getting calls mostly from 503 area codes now this is the first 971 area code. I don't answer, I come here to see who it is. This must be a new number not a lot of posts.

Save all unwanted numbers in your phone.
I use Z1, Z2, Z3 etc.
Then set the ringer to silent
Problem solved.

Dont wait for the Gov to solve your problems (Due not call list)

Spammer calling my mobile phone - no one on the line. Suspect spam-bot collecting working numbers.

Stupid health insurance....really pissin me off....

Just call my cell didnt answer,no message left guess it wasnt important
