You have the right idea: Complain to FCC on their website, without giving them your #-- you don't want these sociopaths getting it and "punishing" you forever. Also, all your members of Congress, on their websites!

I get calls from 971-208-9939 INDSURGERYGROUP. I live in Missouri. They call and hang up as soon as I answer the phone.

Got a call from IND SUR GROUP as well but the number that showed up on my Caller ID was 971-208-9960. I blocked the number.
