I keep receiving this phone number but when I answer nobody replies. I want it to stop.

I am getting a call from the same number but the call begins with 011

Keep getting calls feim 971 168 8123. There's no answer when I pick up and no answer when I call the number.  This has been going on for months. I blocked this number via my Mr . number app but I can see that this number keeps calling even though it's on automatic hangup. Who does this number belong to and why are they calling?

I've gotten 30 calls from this number since January and it won't stop. I've blocked this number via Mr Number app and they can't leave a message because they get hung up on. But the call logs show they keep calling.  Now it's up to several times a day.  The number shows as 971 168 81234. I answered the first time and there was no voice.  I called it back and it day's it's not a working number. Sounds like a call bot. I found the area to be in Oregon And there's a report on that number being routed via New Delhi, India !! Go figure.  If anyone has info on this number,  please blog it.
