United Healthcare leaving a message to remind me of a benefit of having a nurse follow up on a chronic condition.

Fraudulent calls. This is not the insurance company but United Healthcare in Colorado which is a small firm trying to get personal information from you stating some chronic condition you might be taking medication for. They lucked out with me because they claimed I had been getting prescription refills for a chronic condition which I don't have. Don't give your personal information. They will ask you to verify all your information.
