I get several calls from this number on a daily basis. They never leave messages nor do they stop calling after their told not to call again.

Robocall to our business from something called Insurance Place looking to generate leads.  Not likely to respond to a robocall, as it more often than not is a scam.  Given Bill's feedback above, one could presume, scam.
