I received SMS from Frank Bayer from +14582021708. He replied to my Craigslist posting for selling a car. I found it fishy since he didn't even want to see the car before buying and wanted to pay me via Paypal. I googled for him and ended up to this post. Thank you guys! I am not going to deal with him.
