Called and hung up immediately!!! Hundreds attempts to call back an not one person answers. Most times just a busy signal.

I am on the do not call register and have been for years.  This persistent apparent scammer/spammer calls every day and i always reply by stating "go on with your illegal scam so i can file another formal complaint against your scamming &^%$&****!!  My caller id shows only "voip caller" followed by the scammer/spammers number which changes frequently.  Today, the number was 1-970-536-2009."

"VOIP CALLER" is a scumbag debt collector calling me twice a day, my ex-wife hasn't lived here in 8 years... They are using an app to hide their  real phone number
