Received 2 calls with no voicemail.

Caller ID said VOIP CALLER.  VOIP is an acronym for Voice Over Internet Protocol.  When I answered they said nothing and then hung up.

Illegal telemarketer who ignores the laws regarding calling cell phones and numbers on the Do Not Call list.  They are also violating the RICO Act when their recorded message acts like they are actually Google calling.  It's one of those scam calls where they claim to help you with your Google ratings.

When I informed them I did not have a business and that they were calling my cell phone which was also on the do not call list they hung up.
