Said I was preselected for the call and needed to press numbers.  Garbled menu with talking cut off.  Reported "we're sorry, the caller has disconnected" after pressing 1.  Was expecting a call so only answered for that reason.  Only 3 results in Google for the number.  May be a phonebooking operation to find active cell phones.  Now I am afraid I will be getting plenty more of these calls to my cell phone.
