Said they were collecting donations for the police drive for officers  injured or killed in the line of duty , when i said i couldn't afford to donate at this time they hung up.

I got a call from 415-294-8799 and the guy told me that the sherif would be at my house in a 1/2 hour if I didn't pay at least 1,000.00 $ of what I owe the IRS! He also told me that my payment plan had been terminated. Boy am I glad I called the IRS myself! I was told that the IRS NEVER asks for money over the phone!!!!! Whew!!!

Caller ID showed 970-409-3406. I picked it up, and the man said my name. I asked how may our office help him. He then slammed the phone hanging it. I called the number back. The same man's voice quickly said "push 2 if you wish to be removed from this callers list." Whose list and why should I push "2". I answered that I was reporting this call and phone. I considered it threatening. Actually, it sounded live when the man's voice said "push 2 if you wish to be removed..."
