This company called me name was Steve Mcnair trying to say he had a summons for me to go to court!! COMPLETE SCAM!! said company name was AFS!   AMERICAN FINACIAL SECURITIES!   what a lie that company isn't even registered with BBB!!!

Received a call saying it was police investigater and I was being charged with fraud but if I call back and settle they will drop the charges. They ended with. YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED. They are now blocked from my phone. Glad my elderly mother didn't answer. She would have paid it!   SCAM

What a jerk!  After having spoken to the agent and telling him his records were incorrect and that he could contact my attorney, he called me back today to tell me that he would continue to harass me for the next seven (7) years.
