Says INFO SURVEY, but voice mail is same old credit card rate lowering message tied to "financial stimulus"

Parasitic leeches. My first call from this number arrived this morning. Previously, they were calling from 414-369-660 (since December 1st--4 calls) and before that from 248-215-0437 (during October and November--15 calls). I can always tell when a number change is about to occur because they go silent for a few days preceding the switch. I don't understand their business model. Why attempt to trick people who obviously don't want to be bothered by such calls into answering the phone? If we were interested in their service, we wouldn't block their calls, and they wouldn't have to change telephone numbers and the name of their business. So dumb.

Credit card scammer 973-399-1382 / they call all the time and wee have requested that they stop -- we to have a nice big fine and they will stop

It's a recording about card services and I push the #3 to stop getting the calls and I keep getting them
